Please provide you basic information in order to be registered with Blades of Avalon.
Please note that you will not be able to register for a trial session more than one time.
Please indicate which training session you want to attend. Please note that all training sessions are currently offered on Monday or Wednesday of each week.
While this section isn't required, this information can help Blades of Avalon make more informed strategic decisions to serve our participants better.
Please provide contact information for someone to be contacted in the event of an emergency.
